You can create new screens either from the initial screen of the appropriate tool or using the Repository Browser.
Creating Objects from the Repository Browser
If a list already contains a folder with objects that are the same type as the one you want to create, you can do the following:
The system queries you for the object's initial information.
The system displays dialogs unique to the object type you are creating.
If necessary, the Workbench Organizer asks you for additional information.
If there are no category folders, double-click a collection node. The system asks you to enter the type of object you want to create before continuing with the creation process.
Creating an Object from an Initial Screen
To create an object from the initial screen of a Workbench tool:
For example, if you want to create a screen, start the Screen Painter.
The system checks whether an object with that name already exists. If no definition exists yet, the system asks you whether you want to create it.
The system displays a dialog box with fields for the information required to create that type of object.
If necessary, the Workbench Organizer asks you for additional information.
