Using multi-order processing, you can maintain the master data records for a range of orders simultaneously in dialog or trigger functions to be performed in the background for these orders.

In this step you define the following:

• List variants

The list variant specifies which master data fields are included in the different lines of the list.

• Substitution rules

Using a substitution rule you can substitute the contents of particular fields in the order master with different values.
