Defining the Supply Area 

To define the supply area, proceed as follows:

  1. In Customizing for KANBAN, select Defining the supply areas.

    2. The system branches to the view for maintaining supply areas.

  2. Select Edit ® New entries.
  3. Enter the following data:

    4. – Plant of the supply area

    – Name and short description of the supply area

    – Storage location to which the supply area is assigned (all the goods movements for the kanban material are posted to this storage location)

    – Person responsible

  4. Save your entries.
