Displaying Stock with Hazardous Substances 

To display information about stock in the warehouse containing hazardous substances

  1. Choose Master data  ®   Hazardous material  ®   Evaluations  ®   Hazardous substance list from the WM menu bar.
  2. Enter the warehouse number. As an additional option you can also enter a specific storage type, range of storage bins and fire containment section. Choose Execute.

The system displays a list of warehouse stock sorted according to storage type, fire section and material number.

Copying Hazardous Material Data from the Substance Database

You can also copy hazardous material data that is contained in the substance database into the WM hazardous material data table.

To do this, you need to determine which materials/real substances are to be copied into the WM table and how the data transfer is to take place into the fields.

If the field assignments between the substance database and the WM hazardous material table are incorrect, it could result in incorrect entries in the WM hazardous material data.

When you execute this program, a log provides information about the processing of the data transfer. This log includes information about any problems that might occur.

You can only use this function when the substance database is active.
