Displaying Stock in the Warehouse 

Specific Material

To display stock for a specific material, by plant and storage type:

  1. Choose Master data   ® Material   ® Stock   ®   Stock overview from the WM menu bar.
  2. Enter a plant, material and warehouse number and choose ENTER .

You can also enter a storage location and/or storage type to further limit the output for this task.

To generate a list of stock for a range of storage types and storage bins, choose Master data ® Material   ®   Evaluations  ® Stock list.

Batch of Material

To display the location of materials with a specific batch in the warehouse, choose Master data  ® Material  ® Stock  ® Bin stock from the WM menu bar.

Stock in a Storage Bin

To display the quants for a single storage bin:

  1. Choose Master data   ® Storage bin   ® Display   ® Bin stock from the WM menu bar.
  2. Enter the warehouse number, storage type, and storage bin on the selection screen and choose ENTER .
