Displaying the Bin Status Report 

Procedure

  1. Choose Master data  ®   Storage bin  ® Evaluations  ® Bin status report from the WM menu bar.
  2. Enter the selection criteria and choose  Execute.

Within the selected storage type and warehouse, the system displays whether or not each storage bin is empty or occupied. If the storage bin is occupied, the system displays the material and the number of days the material has been in the storage bin.

To display a storage bin record, position the cursor on a storage bin in the list and choose Storage bin.

To display a quant in the storage bin, choose Stock. You can also choose Statistics, Bin sectioning and Inventory from the Storage Bin display screen.

This function allows you to display items on the screen in the desired sequence and length based on a variant using the general list viewer.

For example, you could decide to display all items except the storage location on this list.
