Monitors in the CCMS
Definition
The CCMS has two types of monitors:
Let you continuously monitor system indicators that change dynamically, such as response times.
Give you detailed information on system statuses in order to analyze problems or tune the system. You can also check the statuses of a variety of activities such as background jobs or database backups.
You can also use the CCMS monitors without adversely affecting the runtime behavior of your productive systems. You should always activate automatic refreshing of the graphical monitors (monitor on) so that the display remains current.
