In this activity you assign profit centers to your project structures. A distinction must be made between WBS elements and header-assigned and activity-assigned networks.
You can find information on the further use of assignments by the system in the R/3 library, under Profit Center Accounting, Assigning Projects.
Actions
Go to the transaction "Change Work Breakdown Structure" and assign the WBS elements to profit centers. You do this on the Structure screen, on the Organization tab page.
Go to the transaction "Change Network" and assign profit centers to your network activities ( Details -> Activity/element -> General) and/or your network headers (Details -> Network header -> General ), in both cases on the Assignments tab page.
