Create an Additional Tax Deduction 

Use

The purpose of the following procedure is to create an Additional Tax deduction record for the employee to fulfill all CP38 deduction requirements for the month.

Prerequisites

The Infotype Schedular Deduction Tax (0198) Subtype CP-38 Tax Deduction (02) must be maintained prior to to proceeding with the following procedure.

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Administration ® Maintain master data.
  2. Enter the Personnel no. of the employee an Additional Tax record is to be created for.
  3. Enter the Infotype Addl. Tax deduction (0199).
  4. In the Subtype field, enter either opne of the following tax types:
  1. Choose Create.
  2. Enter the effective date period for Additional Tax deductions based on the tax type chosen.
  3. Enter the amount to be deducted as Additional Tax.
  4. Save your entries.
