Starting Tasks

Use

In the case of incoming or outgoing calls, you can start a task or call a list of tasks, from which you can select a task to be processed. SAPphone supports both single-step and multistep tasks.

In the SAPphone user settings, a task to be started automatically when an incoming call is received can be defined.

SAPphone administration offers a view of all tasks which can be started for a particular type of call.

You can find more information about tasks in the documentation entitled 'BC - Organizational Management' and 'BC - SAP Business Workflow'.
