In the item display, you can narrow down the list using certain characteristics. Note where the cursor is, since the function is dependent on the cursor position:

Find, a window appears in which you can select up to three fields. Choose Continue. A screen appears in which you enter the search criteria for the individual fields. Choose Continue. The system displays a list of items that meet the search criteria.
