You use the entry profile for Logistics Invoice Verification to configure user-specific program options.

You use the entry profiles to define which view of the item list is displayed first when you process invoices.

How the System Reacts when Warning and Error Messages Are Issued

When you are verifying invoices online, the system can issue you with a number of messages. When an error message is displayed, you have to correct your entries; when warning or information messages are displayed, you can acknowledge or ignore them by pressing Enter.

You can define in the entry profile whether warning and information messages are:

Displayed individually as they occur during processing
Gathered in an error log and displayed as a list

Determining Default Values on the Item List

You can configure the following variants for determining the default quantity:

· Invoice:

- Quantity delivered so far - quantity invoiced so far (standard)

- Order quantity

- Order quantity if no goods receipt has been posted, otherwise as per the standard setting

· Credit Memos:

- Quantity invoiced so far (standard)

- Quantity returned so far - quantity reversed so far

Item List Sorting

You can configure the following variants for sorting the item list:

The items are listed in the allocation sequence (standard)
Items with a default quantity of zero do not appear on the item list. The other items are sorted as in the standard list.
Items with a default quantity of zero appear at the end of the item list.

Maintain the settings in User parameter RBB.

Field Selection on the Header Data Screen

You can make the layout of the document header dependent on the entry profile used. This allows you to suppress certain fields on the document header and flag others as compulsory or display fields.

You can make the layout of the initial screen dependent on the entry profile used. This allows you to suppress certain fields on the initial screen and flag others as compulsory or display fields.
