Maintain Activities

All the Profit Center Accounting activities relevant for business are stored here.

A user exit is available which lets you influence the selection criteria for the data transfer. This makes it possible for you to use a different logic than that provided as a standard. (For example, you can leave out records which are normally transferred to Profit Center Accounting.)

The table is already maintained in the standard system.

Activities

For each activity you can indicate whether or not a user exit should be used. Depending on the type of data transferred with this activity, the system jumps to one of the components described below.

Using the transaction Enhancements, you can create a corresponding enhancement project and maintain the available function exits.

The enhancement PCASELEK with the following enhancement components is provided:

1. EXIT_SAPLPC08_001 (for CO actual data)

The following data is transferred

a) CO document header

b) CO document line

c) Structure with objects and partner objects (including profit centers and partner profit centers)

d) Indicator whether elimination of internal business is active

2. EXIT_SAPLPC08_002 (for CO plan data)

The same data is transferred as for CO actual data

3. EXIT_SAPLPCRW_001 (for data from FI, MM and SD)

Data from both Logistics and FI is transferred via the same interface with the header and item (FI/CO document)

These components are function exits (function modules). You can maintain includes which exist for these function exits.

The function exit you maintain sends a return code which determines whether each line is transferred to Profit Center Accounting.

• '0' --> FALSE, not transferred

• '1' --> TRUE, transferred

The default return code is the SAP standard value.
