Use
Your outbox contains all documents and messages which have been sent by you. The document list in the outbox contains information about the send status of documents and about whether the document has been read by the recipient. Additional transmission and recipient information is available from the recipient list.
Prerequisites
The outbox is available as the folder for storing all documents sent by the user, if so configured in the user settings.
Features
The outbox can be
configured, according to which information you wish to be displayed directly in the document list.The outbox can also be used as a work environment, i.e. for displaying, creating, editing and sending documents.
In the office settings, an expiration date can be entered for documents in the outbox, so that the list of documents does not become too large. If an expiration date is entered, documents are deleted after the specified time period. If you do not want a document to be deleted, you should move the document to your private folders. An additional advantage in private folders is that documents can be grouped together according to topics in a structured folder hierarchy.
Activities
Access your outbox and display the document list. If you require additional information about a document, select the document and access the required option from the Goto menu (e.g. transmission info).
