Define Type of Challenge

In this step, you define the different types of challenge or the factors that reduce work output.

Example

For challenged persons, you want be able to distinguish between persons with limited and persons with unlimited employability.

Preconditions

Determine the types of challenge you want to distinguish between.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP System, all the usual types of challenge are defined.

Recommendation

Use the default setting.

Activities

1. Check the default setting.

2. Create new types of challenge, if necessary.

a) Insert a two-character key for the type of challenge.

b) Assign a definition to this key.

Further notes

The key for the type of challenge can have different meanings depending on the language. To be able to maintain different languages, you must log on in the respective languange.
