Use
The Financing Wizard generates a proposal for allocating a budget for the purpose of financing an employee or a position.
You can also use the Financing Wizard to check the existing financing of a person or position.
Prerequisites
You are in the Overall Budget component of HR Funds and Position Management, and want to allocate the budget of a budget structure element for the purpose of financing a person or position, or you want to check or change an existing budget allocation.

Generating proposed values for allocating the budget of a budget structure element for the purpose of financing a person or position.
Activities
In the Allocation dialog box, choose Financing Assistant.
If the budget provides more funds than are required for a person or position (yellow traffic-lights icon), the Financing Wizard does not make any changes. You will have to manually adjust the budget made available.
