Basic Settings

In the following activities, you make the basic settings necessary for working with Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA).

First you need to set the controlling area to the one in which you want to set up Profit Center Accounting.

Then you need to maintain the global settings for Profit Center Accounting in the controlling area.

With the function "Analyze Settings" you can obtain an overview of the basic settings. You need to use the function "Update Settings" if you assign any additional company codes to an active controlling area.

In the step "Maintain Activities", you can display the activities which are posted to Profit Center Accounting and change these.
