Additional Data for G/L Account Items (General Ledger)

When you enter a line item for a G/L account, certain entry fields are not displayed due to lack of space on the screen. These are the following fields:

Planning date

Asset

Reference date

Transaction date

Settlement period

In the item display screen, choose Extras ® More data. Which of these fields are shown on the screen for the line item in question depends on your system configuration.
