Maintaining Planned Working Time Data for Part-Time Employees
Use
There are two methods of specifying working time provisions for part-time employees:
Dynamic Daily Work Schedule
The Dynamic Daily Work Schedule function allows you to set variable working times for part-time employees (such as working 4 to 6 hours per day).
This function calculates daily working time based on the minimum and maximum working hours, not the daily work schedule, from the Planned Working Time infotype (0007).
The values in the infotype may overwrite those in the daily work schedule for time evaluation or payroll accounting.

Using the Dynamic Daily Work Schedule function enables employees to plan their own working time.
Procedure

Use the possible entries function to obtain a list of work schedule rules compatible with the organizational assignment of the selected employee.
After the data is released, the Working hours per day, week, month and year fields are automatically completed by the system.
You can overwrite these fields by entering the desired time data in the fields under the heading Dynamic Daily Work Schedule. The system changes the other fields accordingly.a) Activate the Part-time employee field.
b) Enter the employment percent. (percentage) as 50% here, or in one of the other fields in the Working time section (not the Weekly working days field).
c) Activate the Dynamic Daily Work Schedule field.
d) Set the minimum and maximum working hours per day, week, month or year.
Activate the Time Management status, if you want the employee’s time data to be calculated in time evaluation.

Result
You have now specified working time data for a part-time employee.
