Maintaining An Employee’s Absences and Attendances Using The Weekly Calendar

Note:

While you are creating, maintaining, or deleting data records, the system may display a time constraint warning or an error message. For more information, see Collision Checks in Time Management.

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Time management ® Administration ® Time data ® Maintain.
  2. The Maintain Time Data screen appears.

  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number.
  4. Choose Goto ® Weekly calendar.

The Maintain Weekly Entry screen appears.

  1. In the D field, enter the day index of the required day.

A specific day index is assigned to each day of the week. To determine the validity day of an infotype record, enter a day index in the Day field.

  1. Enter data as required.
  2. Choose Continue.

The system:

  1. Save your entries.
  2. To leave the weekly calendar screen, choose Back.

Result

You have maintained an employee’s attendances or absences using the weekly calendar.
