Use
Budget monitoring enables you to display the budget of a budget structure element, and allows you to see how much of this budget has been used up and how much is still available.

If the budgets in question are FTE budgets, annual mean values are used to calculate funds.
Example:
In Budget Monitoring, you see that a budget structure element with a budget of 4 full-time equivalents (FTEs) still has a budget of 2.75 FTEs available. This is calculated as follows:
Availability Period |
FTEs |
Annual Mean Values |
January 1 - March 31 |
4 |
1 (4 x 0.25) |
April 1 - September 30 |
2 |

October 1 - December 31 |
3 |
0.75 (3 x 0.25) |
Prerequisites
The status of the overall budget must be Released, Completed, Locked, Released provisionally, or Being revised.
