Definition

Folder in which objects are managed and edited. Object folders are displayed in the folder structure for private folders and can be edited using the folder functions. You can also edit object folders with the following document functions :

Create attachment

Specify expiration date for objects in the folder

The objects in a folder can be separated in a hierarchical structure and executed in the folder.

Use

Object folders are suitable for topic-related administration of private work processes, as long as the processes are defined as objects.

Integration

In an object folder, users store SAP Business Objects from the Business Object Repository (e.g. a telephone call or a workflow), together with the relevant methods (e.g. create).
