HR Funds and Position Management gives you a detailed view of your personnel expenditure (personnel budget), and links this to the staff and positions in your organization.

HR Funds and Position Management allows you to finance and perform planning for persons and positions efficiently. One of the advantages of this is that you can use full-time equivalents (FTEs) to budget personnel expenditures.

HR Funds and Position Management is designed especially for:

• All public authorities (national, regional, or local)
• Public companies
• Non profit-making organizations such as universities, R&D centers, and foundations
• Private companies that want to budget their personnel expenditure

The Personnel Administration component must also be implemented.

It is recommended that you also implement the Organizational Management component (since HR Funds and Position Management uses some of the Organizational Management functionality).

The functionality provided by the R/3 HR Funds and Position Management component enables you to:
