Authorization Objects in SAPoffice 

The SAPoffice administrator requires certain authorizations for table maintenance. These authorizations are checked via the Basis authorization objects S_TABU_CLI (client-independent tables) and S_TABU_DIS (other tables, assign value SOAD as authorization group). The system checks accesses to SAPoffice functions using the following authorization objects:

S_OC_SEND

Enter
Type of transmission and the interval (exception: X.500) for each type, that is, the number of recipients which may be addressed for each send operation.
OFF - authorization to send internal documents
FAX authorization to send via fax or telex
RML authorization to send to other SAP systems
X.40 authorization to send via X.400
INT authorization to send via the Internet
X50 authorization access to the X.500 service (in this case no recipient number is entered)
