Maintaining Forms 

Use

The following options are available when maintaining forms which are used in SAPoffice:

Two editors are available for modifying the layout of SAPscript forms:

Activities

To maintain the forms, select Office ® Forms and one of the displayed form types from the Business Communication Administration area menu.

If you want to maintain a form which is not displayed in the menu or create a new form, you should still select one of the displayed forms and enter the required form name in the Form field on the subsequent screen and then choose Change or Create.

You can switch between the alphanumeric and the graphical form painter by selecting or deselecting Graphical editor in the form painter settings. This dialog box can be reached by selecting Settings ® Form painter from the form painter. The alphanumeric form painter is selected by default.

To change the standard assignment, execute the following functions:

When creating a default document of type SCR in the SAPscript editor, select Format ® Switch form

For faxes and telexes

Office ® Forms ® Fax or Telex

Change the selected form.
