Maintaining Document Types 

Use

You can define types for SAPoffice in table TSOTD. You specify whether the individual types can be created in SAPoffice. If this is the case, these types can be displayed during the creation function via possible entries help. In addition, you should define a default type. This corresponds to the default type in the office settings. If the default type in table TSOTD is changed, the default type in the office settings is automatically changed, and vice versa. This type is set as default in the Type field when you call the Create function. If a different type is specified by the office user, this different type is used.

Activities

  1. From the Business Communication Administration initial screen, select Folders ® Document types ® Maintain
  2. Make the following entries:
