Automatic Forwarding: Administration 

Use

There is a report in the system which you can use to set automatic forwarding for all documents for one user. This can be important in case an employee becomes ill, for example. The messages can also be forwarded to an external address (e.g. Internet or fax). In this way, you can ensure that all messages sent to this person are processed.

Activities

  1. From the Business Communication Administration initial screen, select Office ® Private user settings ® Automatic forwarding
  2. You have the following entry options:

- User
Enter the SAPoffice name of the user whose documents are to be forwarded.

- Enter the values for when the automatic forwarding is to start and end (date and time).

  1. Choose Execute.
    Automatic forwarding is now active.

You can only define automatic forwarding if the corresponding user has not activated automatic forwarding.
