Shared Office Settings 

Use

In the shared office settings, the administrator specifies the default values for SAPoffice and for the private office settings of SAPoffice users.

The shared office settings contains default values for the following areas:

Warnings

Specify the a document size - if a user tries to export a document which is larger than the specified size, a dialog box is displayed.

Select components which are connected for external sending (fax, telex, remote R/3 connection, X.400, Internet)

The SAPconnect administration screen can be displayed by selecting Settings.

You can maintain the inbound distribution settings by selecting Inbound routing.

 

Sending restrictions

Exclude sending between R/3 users

Exclude external sending via address management

Exclude external sending which does not take place via address management

You can display the maintenance dialog box for the LDAP service by selecting LDAP settings.

You can display the RFC connection test screen by selecting Test connection.

To maintain the shared office settings, select Office ® Shared office settings from the Business Communication Administration area menu.
