Use
You can define resubmissions for documents, i.e. the document is automatically placed in your inbox on a certain date in accordance with criteria you define. You can therefore remind yourself of certain events or have documents which need to be completed by a certain date automatically placed in your inbox on this date.
If you define a resubmission for a document in your inbox, the document is moved from the inbox to the resubmissions folder. This helps you keep an overview of current documents in your inbox. If you define a resubmission for a document from your outbox or a private folder, the system creates a document link to the resubmissions folder, i.e. the document remains in your outbox or the private folder.
Folders and distribution lists cannot be resubmitted.
Integration
It is possible to define a resubmission for one or more documents from the send screen. You can define a resubmission for yourself or for the recipient.
If you call the function from your inbox, the document is moved to the resubmissions folder. If you call the function from another folder, a link to the resubmissions folder is created.
Activities
