Recipient Type 

The type of recipient address. The specified recipient type defines the communication method which is used to send the document.

The following recipient types are available in SAPoffice:

Correspondence History

  1. Select the required documents.
  2. Select Goto ® Transmission info and Correspondence from the next dialog box.
    If several exchanges of correspondence have taken place for this document, the system displays all of them. Select one or more of these correspondence histories and confirm.
  3. In the Correspondence window, the system displays the correspondence history for the first document.
    If you have marked several correspondence histories, you can scroll back and forth between Previous correspondent and Next correspondent.
    If you choose Next document, you can display the correspondence history of the following document.
