Correspondence History

Definition

List of correspondence for one document. A correspondence history exists if the Reply function was used.

Use

You can display the correspondence history for a document with the attribute CH from the following folders:

Inbox
Outbox
Private Folders

There are two ways to access the correspondence history of a document from the transmission information:

Function	Description
Correspondence	If you select this function, the correspondence history for the document is displayed directly. The users between whom the correspondence took place are displayed here. This includes the original sender as well as the recipient(s).
Recipient list and Private recipients	If you select this function, the system first displays all send operations for the document in which you were involved (as author or forwarder). If there is a correspondence history for one of the send operations, the status attribute CH is assigned. Choose Correspondence to display the correspondence history.

In each case, therefore, the correspondence history is only recorded between two correspondents. In the case of forwarded documents, it is not possible to determine the original sender/author.
