Definition
Attributes which are assigned to a document either by the system or the user after the send operation. The status attributes are displayed in various places, for example, in the inbox and the recipient list.
Not all attributes are supported when sending documents to external recipients.

The recipient who reserves a document with the status ToDo must complete the processing of the document. |

Last resubmission |
The document was deleted from the resubmissions folder. |

Priority |
A priority of 1 (high) to 9 (low) can be assigned to a document. |

Send date |
The author of a document can display the date on which the document was sent. |
SD |
Future send date |
The document has been sent to at least one further recipient with a send date in the future. |

Send not successful |
An error occurred while the document was being sent externally. |

Underway since |
The document sent externally was sent to the communication server on the date specified, but the send operation is not yet complete. |
