Transmission Information

Use

You can call up information about documents which have been sent to you or which you have sent. This information includes status attributes, recipient information, correspondence history, and the recipient list.

Activities

Call a document from your inbox or outbox. The following functions are available:

Function	Menu path	Description
Displaying Transmission Information	Goto ® Transmission info
Displaying a Recipient List	Goto ® Transmission info	The recipients of the document are displayed. As the author or forwarder of a document, you can also display the send operations for the private recipients.
Correspondence History	Goto ® Transmission info, Correspondence	The correspondence history for the selected document(s) is displayed.
Displaying the log if errors occur while sending		If an error occurs while the document is being sent, a message is displayed, from which you can access the send log.
