Sending Documents 

The following functions are available in SAPoffice:

You can send a document to one or more recipients.

You can enter address names, SAPoffice names, SAP names, private and shared distribution lists, Internet addresses, X.400 addresses, X.500 addresses, remote SAP names (SAP users in another SAP system) and / or addresses from address management as recipients.

From the send screen, you can search for recipient addresses, assign send attributes to recipients or append attachments to documents.
