Changing the Views of the Folder Structure 

You can modify the view of your private folders or shared folders and display, for example, the entire structure including all the branches or only the uppermost level.

If you want to change the view of shared folders permanently, you can subscribe to a folder.

The following functions are available for configuring views:

Expand Folder Structure

Using this function, you can display the entire folder structure of your private folders or shared folders:

1. Access your private folders or shared folders.

2. Select Edit ® Expand all

Collapse Folder Structure

You can hide the folder structure, with the result that only the folders which are directly subordinate to your private folders or shared folders are displayed: Proceed as follows:

1. Access your private folders or shared folders.

2. Select Edit ® Collapse all

Expand Branch

You can display the entire folder structure of a single shared folder or a single private folder:

1. Position the cursor on the folder for which the expanded structure is to be displayed.

2. Select Edit ® Expand branch

Expand Folder

You can display all folders which are directly subordinate to one particular folder:

1. Position the cursor on the required folder.

You can select several folders via the Edit menu option.

2. Select Edit ® Expand folder

Collapse Folder

You can hide the folder structure of a private folder or a shared folder:

1. Position the cursor on the folder for which the expanded folder structure is to be hidden.

You can select several folders via the Edit menu option.
