You can create your own individual view within shared folders by subscribing to the folders you access most frequently. If you do this, only the folders to which you have subscribed are displayed when you access shared folders.

From the view of the folders to which you have subscribed, you can switch to a view of all shared folders for which you have at least display authorization. From the view of all shared folders, you can subscribe to folders or cancel a subscription.

Shared folders to which you have subscribed are displayed in a different color. Different colors are used to indicate different folder attributes.

• Folders to which you have not subscribed
• Folders to which you have subscribed
• Folders to which you have subscribed and which contain unread documents

You can therefore recognize immediately if any folders contain unread documents from the view of the folders to which you have subscribed. From the view of all shared folders, you can immediately recognize the folders to which you have subscribed.
