Use
The statuses Viewed and Unviewed simplify the overview of documents in the inbox and shared folders for users. You can therefore recognize immediately which documents have not yet been viewed. In addition, these statuses can be implemented as sort criteria, so that the unviewed documents appear before the viewed documents in the list display.
When sending a document, you can assign the status ToDo. In this case, the recipient must set the document to Done before the document can be deleted from the inbox. Example
When you receive a document with the status ToDo, you can reserve the document. The status In process is then assigned to the document.
When you have processed the document, the status should be set to Done. The document can now be moved, sent or deleted.
The document status is displayed in one column if the folder list has been configured accordingly. Otherwise, this information is available from the recipient list.
