Creating a PC Document |
Enter the corresponding file extension as the type (e.g. DOC for WinWord documents). If you wish to create a SAPoffice document from an existing PC document, select the Import function. |
Creating a Default Document |
As a prerequisite for this function, a scanner and an archiving system must be connected to your system. To create a document of type ARC, the scan dialog must be started and the scanned image displayed and selected. |
Creating a Document with Execution Parameters |
Create a document of type RAW and select Goto ® Exec. parameters to create an execution parameter for the document. |
Creating an Image Document |
Default documents are created by the administrator. Existing default documents can be displayed by selecting Administration ® Default documents. |

If the PC application states that the file cannot be created because it does not conform to the format of the application, you can proceed as follows:
Create the document in the PC application and upload the file using the Import function in SAPoffice. Or contact your system administrator. The administrator can create a default document for the relevant application.
