Working with Documents 

Use

As in a real office environment, documents can be stored in SAPoffice folders.

Documents can be stored either in a private folder or a shared folder, in the inbox or the outbox, in the resubmissions folder or in the trash folders.

Features

Many different document types can be edited in SAPoffice. When editing PC documents, you can specify in your private office settings that the PC application should be integrated in the R/3 window. You can therefore use the functions of both the R/3 System and the PC application.

You can create documents, as well as display and change documents.

You can also move documents between folders.

SAPoffice offers a large range of functions which can be used to edit documents.
