The private folders in SAPoffice are based on a hierarchical folder structure, which means they can be organized in the form of a tree structure, in which the basic element is the private folder. These folders are user-specific and can therefore only be accessed by the users themselves and any specified substitutes.

Folders can contain other folders, documents, and distribution lists. All documents relating to one project or topic can be stored in a corresponding folder, including subfolders if required.
