Maintaining a Folder Configuration

Use

You can create several folder configurations, in order to display the contents of a folder in the required format.

Features

An initial configuration can be selected for each folder by the user. The initial configuration specifies how the contents of the folder are displayed when the folder is accessed. From within the folder, you can switch between different configurations to change the display format.

You can create configurations for the inbox, outbox, resubmissions folder, trash and also for your private folders and shared folders.

Some of the information in the folder list can also be displayed using graphic symbols. Select Extras ® Key from within the folder to display an explanation of the symbols used.
