Function

This RMAC module edits names in all HR standard evaluations in compliance with the national regulations of a particular country. Name editing is done according to the entries in Table T522N (HR name editing). HR name editing is also dependent on:

MOLGA (company code, personnel area, personnel subarea) from T001P

The report format from Table 522F (Default: '01')

The origin of the data

Infotype Personal data (0002)
Infotype Family data (0021)

Indicator for name editing from infotype Personal data (0002) (KNZNM) (only worthwhile if data originated from infotype Personal data (0002)).

If the name format of the relevant HR standard evaluation corresponds to the one in the master data (format: 01 ), the name string stored in the master data is used in infotype P0001 (org. assignment/P0001-ENAME). The HR function module RP_EDIT_NAME (transaction: SE37) is used to edit names.

Usage

This RMAC module is meant for all HR reports that print out an employee's complete name. It is used only in combination with RMAC module RP-SET-NAME-FORMAT ! (for example, HR standard letter reports RPBDSG00, RPBTAR00, RPBLET* etc.)
