Testing the System Settings

Prerequisites

To test the system settings, you must have administrator authorizations.

Procedure

From the SAPphone administration initial screen, select Utilities ® Consistency check

Result

The check results from the following areas are then displayed.

Completeness of telephony server attributes
Number conversion consistency on the individual telephony servers for incoming calls
Number conversion consistency on the individual telephony servers for outgoing calls
Completeness of the address data areas.

The areas in which errors were detected are marked in red.
