Copying Settings 

If a SAPphone user changes work center but keeps their telephone number, the settings for the old work center can be copied automatically to the new work center.

Prerequisites

The user is authorized to maintain both the old and new work centers, in other words, he is assigned to both as the user responsible.

The new work center has not yet been created as a SAPphone work center.

Procedure

The function is executed automatically when the user enters the old telephone number and the old telephony server when creating the new work center.

The user can also start the function manually.

  1. From the initial SAPoffice screen (System ® Services ® Office), choose Administration ® SAPphone ® Own settings.
  2. Select Work center.
  3. Select Copy settings.
  4. A list of all the work centers assigned to you is then displayed.
  5. Choose the work center from which the settings are to be copied.

The old work center is deleted when you copy the settings.
  1. Confirm your selection.
