Maintain Controlling Area

• You must define the controlling area with cost accounting master data and control indicators.

• You must activate individual cost accounting components, such as

• Cost Center Accounting

• Internal Orders

• Product Cost Accounting

• You must assign one or more company codes to the controlling area.

• You must assign a single chart of accounts to the controlling area.

• All companies assigned to the controlling area use this chart of accounts.
