An activity group is a collection of R/3 transactions, authorizations and additional objects. You can assign an activity group to as many users as you like.

In the tab Activity group, you use the Possible entries help to display a list of the existing activity groups and to select the group you require.

You can create a link with the user master record for a specified period of validity by clicking on the relevant field in the Valid from or Valid to column and then using the calendar to choose a new date.

You can delete a line by selecting it and then choosing Delete.

Note that you can use the separator to move the columns so that you can read texts that are not completely visible.
