SAPphone users can transfer calls directly to another telephone number without ever accepting the call. The number to which the user transfers the call is selected from a list of numbers available for transfers.

The lists containing the numbers for transfers are created by an administrator. In the user settings, users can then be assigned to the lists.

The numbers and lists are managed in SAPphone administration under Goto ® Numbers for transfer
