Central Maintenance of SAPphone Settings 

Definition

Executable programs which can be used to maintain work center settings and user settings centrally in SAPphone. A group of settings can be maintained together using the fast maintenance function.

Use

If the same changes are to be made in several work center settings or user settings, you should use the fast entry function. This reduces the amount of work for individual users.

One telephony server has been shut down. To allow users who are assigned to this telephony server to continue working with SAPphone, the users can be assigned centrally to a replacement server via the fast entry function.
