Performance-Based Scheduling

If you create a maintenance strategy with a package ‘Every 500 operating hours’, the planned date is calculated based on the estimated annual performance of the counter specified in the maintenance plan and the current counter reading.

If the counter reading at which maintenance should be performed has not yet been reached, the planned date is calculated for each scheduling operation based on the current counter reading and the estimated annual performance.

The estimated annual performance of a car is 12,000 km, that is, 1000 km per month.

If, owing to company holidays, the car travels less than the estimated 1000 km in a month, the system reacts to this deviation. When scheduling is next performed, the calculated planned date is moved accordingly to a later date.
