Allocation Methods for Business Processes
Description
You now have a far greater variety of business process allocations:
- Release 3.0 supported process allocation in a parallel delta version
only. In Release 4.0, you can integrate business processes in the operative value flow of cost accounting.
- In addition to assessment, you can now make activity allocations. This
links business processes to the following transactions:
- Process quantity planning
- Process input planning for all cost objects (cost centers, orders, projects, and so on)
- Plan reconciliation of process quantities
- Plan process price calculation on an iterative basis
- Manual process quantity allocation
- Indirect process quantity allocation in plan and actual
- Actual process price calculation
In addition, Release 4.0 includes the methods described in the Release Note
Activity Based Costing with the Aid of the Process Template.
